Duralast Tools / High Quality on a budget
I'm as surprised as you are! Duralast tools can give some much more expensive tool brands a real run for their money. Take a look at four of the tools I picked up, they're quite impressive for autoparts store tools.

Viltrox L132 LED Unbox And Review | Best bang for buck?
Переглядів 2536 років тому
I wanted to show off the VIltrox L132T LED light, I've been using this a decent amount and am pretty impressed, it seems like just a few years ago there was nothing like this on the market. Oftentimes I stay away from cheap chinese "cinema" accessories, but after using these on a job I was impressed to say the least. And this is coming from someone who recites "buy nice or buy twice" at least o...

Swap out the all seasons you've got and put on a proper tire. So many people overlook tire compounds, but when it comes down to it a car has only 4 points of contact making sure you have adequate traction and braking... so make sure they're effective.
DaVinci Resolve Quick Color Tip
Переглядів 7909 років тому
If you've ever tried to use a mouse to navigate DaVinci or even your computer for that matter, you know it's clunky. Keyboard shortcuts are the ultimate in efficiency and ease. That's why using the Printer Lights feature is so worthwhile. Yes, DaVinci did shit the bed on the key layout. No, I can't seem to figure out how to change it. Using wet-erase markers I marked my keys.
Do Not buy Kamerar FF-3 Follow Focus!
Переглядів 1,5 тис.9 років тому
To my chagrin the FF-3 has proven to not only be a complete waste of money but also time. Firstly, the single rail clamp design is useless in my opinion. However, the problem lies with the follow focus gearbox which at this point sounds like there are bits of sand inside which I imagine is worn away gearing. The follow focus has SO MUCH PLAY you can't even do the one thing it's made to do, get ...

Kryptonite Locks Are Weak Protection

Sorry about the quality, took it on my iPhone. Would you buy a Kryptonite lock? I have a Kryptonite Standard New York Lock MSRP $100 I'm still trying to find info on the other lock, but I believe it is an older New York Lock. My key works on BOTH. This is a total stranger's bike. This should not be happening for the exorbitant price and reputation of Kryptonite.

It has trigger voltage around 10 V, so yes, it can. I used it with EOS 50E, EOS 300V SLRs and Sony a300 DSLR with no problem.

You have the curved jaw set which actually the curved jaw is better than the straight jaw straight jaw vise grips have a tendency to slip off of a bolt where the curved jaw wraps around it all of my vise grips are curved jaw which I prefer that.

Nearly everyone drools over the rival Vivitar 283, but this Sunpak 383 is better in every way. It was Sunpak's answer to the 283, so it ought to be better. Compared with the 283 it adds lateral swivel to the head, the fractional manual modes are built in, it allows a higher ISO, and it has a safe low trigger voltage. Earler Vivitar 283s had a trigger voltage high enough to damage a modern camera. Wish you didn't flash straight in our face though, a bit disconcerting!!

Duralast is definitely good quality. It definitely ranks up there with Stanley, Husky, or even Craftsman. It aint no Pittsburgh thats for sure 👍👍👍

I still don’t agree that deep broaching in a deep socket is good. If you need to get a nut over a 1 inch long stud in a 2 inch deep hole, it’s not going to do you any good if the nut is sitting an inch and half deep in the socket. And it seems to be the ‘cheaper’ sockets that do it. Snap on deep sockets only go as deep as the fastener head. Now, yes, the spacing behind the hex broach has to be wide and deep enough to clear longer studs but I’m just talking about the hex broaching.

On a side note as well the parrot nose are amazing for gripping on to extensions especially if they're knurled to get that added torque when needed

Did you by chance get these on sale at a junkyard in Pennsylvania? Because those first two sets the quarter inch full set and the 3/8 low profile as well as the parrot nose vice grips are all the exact same things I just bought and frankly it was awesome. I'm only a few seconds into your video but so far it looks like my toolbox LOL

I can't resist... if you knew to adjust the knurled knob properly BEFORE squeezing the handles together you would realize you don't need the additional "adjustment" options. That's probably why Vise-Grip brands hasn't added it to their tools. I'm guessing it may have a little value to someone that has no ability to squeeze pliers together... but I'm finding that really hard to believe!!!

When I shoot with it does the dark slide stay in or come out?

    • @CamsCarsReviewsHow2s
      @CamsCarsReviewsHow2s 5 років тому

The dark slide must come out to expose the film, you cannot shoot a frame with the dark slide in. The dark slide needs to be inserted whenever the back is off the camera, otherwise you'll expose the film to light.
